Chili Crisp Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts , ends trimmed and quartered
 - 2 Tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 Tablespoons Chili crisp or chili crunch , to personal taste
 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs , optional
 - fresh lime juice , optional
 
Equipment
- Parchment Paper optional
 
Instructions
- Prep Brussels Sprouts: Peel the outer, bruised layers of the brussels sprouts off. Trim the ends, then cut brussels sprouts in half or quarters.
 - Roast the Brussels Sprouts: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly oil a sheet pan or line with parchment paper.
 - Toss the brussels sprouts with 2 Tablespoons (30ml) of oil then spread, cut side down, on the prepared sheet pan.
 - Roast at 400°F (205°C) for 15 minutes. Flip the sprouts to cut side up, then roast for 10-15 minutes more or until browned.
 - Toss the brussels sprouts with about 3 Tablespoons (45ml) chili crisp or chili crunch. Taste and if you want it more spicy, add more of the chili crisp. Optional: add a handful of chopped fresh herbs and/or squeeze fresh lime juice for a nice brightness.
