Vanilla Pudding Instead of Pastry Cream

A quicker way to get the creamy base on the croissants is to use the boxed Vanilla Pudding. It certainly works great and if you have a box in your pantry, then this recipe is even easier.

Apple Pie Croissants Boats

To make this recipe as simple as possible, you can use pumpkin pie spice. But if you don't have it, then use 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ground clove.
You can even use apple pie filling, but if you can make this apple filling. It is quick and we love it so much more than any which we have ever bought.
