What are Croiffles? Croffle? or Crofle?

They’re spelled differently but they’re all the same. It’s basically a day old croissant that’s cooked in a waffle maker. It’s like what happens when a waffle and croissant hook up and get together. You get a crispy pastry like a waffle but also with the delicious layers that the croissants bring. These croffles became viral on TikTok and other social media platforms. But unlike other food trends, these croiffles are legit. Delicious and worth th effort.
