Bánh Hỏi are formed into flat, thin sheets of very tiny rice noodles. Normally eaten cold and used as a wrap for grilled meats, these noodles are very fun to eat. Because of their small square size portions, they make the perfect accompaniment to add to lettuce wraps or fresh springrolls. Their unique size and form make them ideal for other hand foods.
