Creamy Rice Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce – The Marriage from Two Perfect Desserts

Smooth, creamy, with the delicate rice texture playing on the tongue. Scents of cinnamon, a hint of vanilla, and a slight crunch from the crushed toffee lacing the top.  I didn’t want  to stop eating the perfect bowl of rice pudding.  I couldn’t if I wanted to.

Butternut Squash Thyme Crumble-Sexy Curves

Butternut Squash Thyme Crumble-Sexy Curves

Nectarine & Raspberry Cobbler – Summertime Memories

Few desserts embody summertime for me more than chin-dripping, sweet nectarines combined with plump, slightly tart raspberries slowly baked together under a rustic country-style topping.  Cobblers, crumbles, pies, crisps laden with juicy summer fruit, may the gods help me from eating the whole thing in one sitting. Orange Marmalade Cookies with Orange Zest Icing

Rarely does a new cookie recipe make it into our abode’s “must make” repertoire.
