By the way, I love my banh mi with mayonnaise and Maggi sauce as well as chili sauce. that's how I first had them in Paris, so I guess that's my gold standard. Oh and the Bun Bo Hue looked amazing as well, one of my other faves. Sadly if I want to get anything this good here I'd have to make it myself. Vietnamese food in Singapore is sadly lacking.
