Some photo assignments involve some truly incredible recipes that are not only fun to make, but also wonderful to eat. Last year Food and Wine Magazine photo editors asked us to photograph some recipes and many of those recipes still remain some of our favorites to date.

We had a handful of recipes assigned to shoot, but once seeing this chicken buffalo wing recipe, we immediately knew the first one we had to cook, style and photograph were these sweet and sticky wings. Just the name alone had us hungry and sticky fingered. If you love hot wings with a sauce that clings to your fingers, this recipe is for you.

Hope you all are having a wonderful Summer so far. We’ve been traveling again like mad, and just returned from a East Coast shoot in Vermont with Gesine Bullock-Prado and Red Star Yeast.
