Fantastic looking granola. Just loving the last shot of the granola mix on that wonderfully seasoned baking sheet. The pomegranate with it looks incredible too.

Shoot. I’ll eat that. I’ll vote for that. I wish I had pom trees in WNY. I’ll settle for Amish grown tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and whatnot. You guys wanna ship me a pomegranate?

Kristina- Pomegranate trees seem to grow like weeds. Our two trees started fruiting the first year we had them. Just make sure you have them in full sun and they should bear you plenty of gorgeous and delicious fruit! Have fun!

I make a granola very much like this for holiday gifts; family heard granola on the menu for baskets and I heard..Granola?

Then after they opened them…changed to GRANOLA!!

The coconut, cherries and cranberries really make it special; never will add raisins again!

Thanks for reminding me; have to put this on the project list and do this again.

The granola recipe looks yummy and I like that it doesn’t have a ton of oil in it.

I would love to have a pomegranate tree. This may be a bit off topic, but I’m wondering how long it took you after you planted it to get fruit?
