I have really happy memories of our mid-week family dinners when I was growing up, and I want to continue that tradition now that I have my own kids. It's especially important to me since my husband and I both work full-time outside the house, so we don't get to see our kids nearly as much as we'd like during the week. We all love soup dinners, and this one looks delicious. I voted! Thanks for posting this great idea and for supporting such a worthy charity. We have family dinners most every night.
