I planted a kalamansi tree because of this posting, and I just love these little fruit. The tree just buds and fruits and buds and fruits and buds and fruits. It’s non-stop. I’ve found my favorite kalamansi drink is quite simple — squeeze one into a diet coke, on the rocks. It’s absolutely perfect.

I just love it when you feature cocktails in addition to your recipes. I always think about featuring more cocktails myself, but never seem to get around to it. Maybe less baking and more drinking is in order? Happy 2009 Todd & Diane!

Those shooters sound tasty! I have never craved alcohol with any of my other pregnancies, but this one I’m craving a stiff drink so badly! These would be good right about now!
