I never quite know what to do with brie except for the usual brie en croute or just plain brie as part of a cheese tray, so this recipe is a lifesaver - Thank You!

"good and fast" - my two favorite words when it comes to food. And, as always, the photos are brilliant.

I think this recipe is going to become part of my appetizer repertoire.

There are no words, just the feeling of my mouth beginning to water. Love brie, love sun-dried tomatoes, love garlic & thyme, and definitely LOVE bread. But the thing I love most, is how easy this is to create. Absolutely the way a good appetizer should be, tasty & easy (save the hard work to wow them at dinner)!

The tomatoes we used were jarred, not fresh. Our garden tomatoes this year never made it to any jars, only to the dinner table. But we'll definitely be using fresh sun dried tomatoes next year!
