Very refreshing website. It's so fresh and insightful. Love it! Oh, and thanks for the pictures on the Vietnamese herbs with their names. I always make Vietnamese wraps with the herbs for friends but never was able to tell them what the precise name was aside from "vietnamese herb". Now I can tell them exactly what it is without getting blank stares!

Your garden is truly an inspiration. I can see how such a lovely garden would add that much more joy in day-to-day living.

CAN YOU FREEZE THIS EDAMAME RECIPE? I HAVE A LARGE CROP AND WANT TO FREEZE FOR THE WINTER.

It is best to freeze par-boiled soy beans, then when you are ready to use some, thaw them for about a 1/2 hour & it will be quick to finish the recipe. - WORC

Fabulous, just wonderful. We're big fans of Edamame here as well. Until recently you could only get them in Oriental supermarkets but the Big Four seem to be catching on rapidly.

OK, there is officially nothing that you guys don't grow. Loving this, since we are about to start our own little garden this year. Love the shot of the soybeans.

What is the difference between pineapple sage, and regular? All the herbs you guys grow is so fantastic.

That Wisteria is OMG amazing. One of my favorite plants.

Thanks again everyone for such wonderful compliments. We feel so lucky to be able to grow what we do and love to share it. The soy beans have been slow growing (those that weren't decapitated), so we are hoping when it warms a bit more that they will finally take off. However it looks like it will be a very good tomato year! Thanks for sharing what your gardens are like right now. Love it! T & D

OMG what a gorgeous garden. I am totally in awe and envying you! Our spring is nothing like yours - 60percent of my front garden is still sleeping. Can't wait for all of it to come alive again.
And that's what I call an easy peasy recipe ;-) Will definitely try it. Never cooked with Edamame before - usually just used it as snack.
