Oh so delicious Vietnamese Banh Beo dumplings topped with shredded shrimp, fried shallots and scallion oil. They’re a specialty to the central Hue region of Viet-Nam and they’re addicting.
Toss on a spoon full of fish sauce and scoop them out and enjoy. Our guests have eaten huge plate fulls of these and it’s always so much fun to make these for our Viet Tapas parties. It’s serious party time when we pull out all the little dishes and steamers!
