Good Bite- Internet Food Show featuring Food bloggers

by on June 22, 2009

Good Bite

The “secret” is finally out! There’s been a mean tease of secrets and a string of underground comments over Twitter about a super secret project involving some food bloggers. For those of you who are on the edge of your seat, wait no longer. Believe us, it’s been hard for everyone involved in the show to try to keep our MOUTHS SHUT! But since we all signed a small, legal, binding contract called a Non-Disclosure Agreement, that was enough to seal the deal and put a big piece of duct tape over our mouths.

Good Bite is a new internet show produced by Deca TV. The show producers asked a handful of food bloggers to contribute video and recipes and we were one of the chosen ones. Wow, that’s cool.

So there’s a lot of good stuff going on at Good Bite. We all share recipes, have conversational “round table” discussions about our dishes and each of us talk more about our recipes that are prepared by professional chefs. Please head on over to Good Bite and check it all out, there’s lots of delicious stuff going on over there.

Here’s the Good Bite list of all the contributors, in alphabetical order:

Meet the Contributors!

Fathers Day Episode: Homemade Teriyaki Chicken Recipe. We taped two Good Bite episodes already and the first one is up. It’s Diane talking about Father’s Day and a recipe for homemade teriyaki sauce and grilled teriyaki chicken. In this episode, Diane taped it with Matt Armendariz and Catherine McCord.

The second episode is for Fourth of July where we both share a special BBQ dish. We’re paired up with David Lebovitz and Jeanne Kelley. Please head on over to Good Bite to see both of us talk about our favorite July 4th recipe!

We’d love for you to leave your comments over there and tell us what you think!!

Loved the show, always great to see the writers in person, although i would just like to see the blogger cook the food in their house with their equipment.

Looks like my comment got lost in cyber space (or could be my doing…nah!!).

So thrilled you guys are part of this fantastic initiative! Love the community interaction and how dynamic this site is. They could not think of a better group and better people to ask!

I’d better not tell my neighbor where she can view “almost live Todd feeds” or I’ll never see her again :)

I can’t believe the past few days in NC happened and that we finally met! You guys are so fabulously paired it’s a pleasure to watch and witness. I don’t think I’m back home 100% in my head yet, more like stuck on a goat farm in the mountains on my way up the hill to get my bread…ugh!

Awesome! Mmm…my husband is going to love that easy teriyaki recipe. I don’t know why I’ve never tried to make it myself before. Actually, I do know why. I’m a visual learner (it’s so bad…I only ever want to try cookbook recipes with pictures!). So, a video tutorial is the perfect for me. I plan to bring my computer right into the kitchen and cook alongside my new friends!! Way to go Diane & Todd!!

Congratulations on your new adventure with Good Bite! The video is great, and I now have this strange craving for teriyaki chicken, hmm… I think I just must make this sauce! :)

Greetings,
Tiina

Yay! Good on ya both! Glad to see things going your way. Although, I have to say that the clip showcasing Diane’s teriyaki sauce… I kinda wanted to see Diane making it rather than ChefDave. No offense! I mean, he’s fine to look at – but I wanna see my home girl in action!
